We typically work in one of more of three phases of activity: review/assessment, solution development and implementation.
In a review/assessment phase, we either assess where a client is in terms of Evolutionary Model for good business and/or in terms of effectiveness against our DNA Model. Both these models are powerful frameworks to engage with clients about the potential strengths and weaknesses of their current compliance people, processes and systems. We have a simple survey, which acts as an initial diagnostic tool, which some clients use in order to start a review of compliance and/or good business capability.
We can conduct specific audits either as part of a process to assure compliance. We have developed an approach that offers significant advantages over conventional audit approaches, where we adopt a more consultative style, focusing on learning and improvement, rather than fault-finding and criticism.
Working with the DNA model, we can use our experience of implementing compliance in organisations to develop effective, fit-for-purpose solutions. Our model does not require unnecessary complexity, because we set the DNA in different contexts; we work in doing what is necessary to achieve compliance in a given context and sometimes simple processes and procedures are the most effective solution.
We have the ability to combine deep experience in compliance generally - and also more specifically in many of its critical component parts - to design and implement work plans that will deliver results. Our enabling services allow us to put this into action so that our clients get the right solutions working in the right ways.
