Compliance is growing in importance as organisations strive to follow ambitious internal rules and to meet an increasing number of external regulatory requirements.

Compliance in Good Business needs to go beyond writing down the rules and hoping they don't get broken. To achieve effective compliance you need to be able to influence the way people act on a daily basis.

Often viewed a burden, we see Compliance as a great opportunity. It enhances brand and reputation and is rewarded by increased loyalty and commitment from customers and employees. It helps gain the support of communities and government bodies and encourages positive news stories. Increasingly, evidence also shows that it attracts investors and partners who see good compliance as a critical indicator of a well-run business.

This way Compliance becomes embedded into the DNA of the organisation and the benefits can truly be realised.

We work with organisations to translate rules and standards into action and behaviour. We look for ways that Compliance can be embedded in the DNA of an organisation so that the benefits can truly be realized. We have expertise in general compliance, including the creation and implementation of award-winning Codes of Conduct, but also work in more specialist areas.

I know that a huge amount of work has gone into the various materials that were presented. I just wanted to record my personal thanks to everybody. I know that everyone is working flat out and that sometimes we have to change tack or directions on particular work products but this is paying dividends. The executive are fully behind our activities and the direction that we are going in."
