Compliance & Ethics: Diageo engaged i2a to support the further development of their global compliance & ethics programme. The work undertaken has covered a broad range of areas including a rewrite of the Code of Business Conduct and global policies, training and communications, enforcement and incentives, monitoring and reporting and third party due diligence. The work focused both on the processes and behaviours required to ensure a culture of compliance across the organisation.
