Process Improvement: BT have engaged i2a on a variety of process improvement projects; for example, helping them to reducing the impact of physical, financial and virtual crime. Our role was to provide a roadmap breaking down the delivery of the solution into quick win, system implementation and process change activities. Return on investment was then weighed against delivery experience to plot the required activity and timescale. This was supported by a more detailed approach to the next phase.
