Employee Education: BAT wanted to realise the benefits of having globally managed data, process and systems standards. The Business Information function responsible for managing and governing the new standards wanted to get their message across and turned to i2a to help. Our goal was to educate employees from a number of different backgrounds in how the standards would be governed, and how they could comply. The end result was a set of materials clearly defining objectives which BAT could tailor for the specific target groups as required.
