Biography: Tom Lumby
Tom has 3 years experience in change, process improvement and programme management. He has gained valuable experience working on large transformational programmes for clients within the financial services sector, covering retail and wholesale banking and back office functions.
Tom's process improvement experience includes re-engineering management accounts for a global brokerage house, systems and process reviews for a cost reduction program and recently re-designing an entire treasury accounting process. He has worked with organisations in project management roles, most notably in workstreams on the creation of Lloyds Banking Group, providing him with additional experience in post merger integration. Tom also has experience in organisational redesign and cost analysis and cost reduction programs.
Before joining i2a, Tom was a Consultant at Ernst & Young focusing on Financial Services clients. Prior to this, he completed an MA in International Business Management.
