Biography: Sylvain Naltchayan
Sylvain recently joined i2a as an Executive Consultant. He has a strong international business background, with over ten years consulting experience which has focused on the implementation of change programmes in multi-disciplined and multi-cultural environments.
Sylvain has in-depth knowledge and experience across the public and private sectors, in a variety of areas including central and local government, public healthcare, and the oil & gas, utilities and pharma industries.
He has successfully delivered a variety of change programmes, which include the development and execution of cultural change frameworks, improvement of sales effectiveness and the design of performance management systems.
Prior to joining i2a Sylvain was engagement manager at Krauthammer, and earlier, a Senior Business Consultant at BT Global Services. He holds a degree in European Business Management, and a Masters degree in entrepreneurship.
