Biography: Noor Rassam
Noor has 3 years' experience in consulting. She specialises in stakeholder communications and people development in large transformation programmes, including the design and delivery of creative internal communications to senior management teams and the design and facilitation of workshops.
Noor is experienced in identifying key stakeholders, formulating and executing targeted communications strategies and proactively managing progress against stakeholder management plans. She collates and analyses data to identify and track key issues and trends, presenting data clearly for senior stakeholders.
Noor's background in training and development equips her to deliver complex messages in an accessible way to enable the development of new knowledge and skills. She facilitates the sharing of best practice and is skilled at adapting the style of communications to different audiences.
Prior to joining i2a, Noor was a consultant at PA Consulting Group, delivering projects to clients in the energy, government and not-for-profit sectors. Prior to this, Noor was a science teacher for Teach First, a scheme aimed at attracting the best graduates into teaching in challenging schools.
