Biography: Charlotte Wheeler
Charlotte has worked as a consultant across the private and public sectors. Her project work has predominantly been focused on the design and implementation of bespoke performance management, performance effectiveness and reward systems within HR functions.
Charlotte's recent projects include measuring and increasing the level of staff engagement within a large medical systems supplier, an organisation-wide change programme to increase commercially driven performance and derive value from the pay-bill and a team capability audit and development program to embed key skills and competencies. Charlotte has strong analytical skills which have enabled her to work on projects involving the gathering and analysis of extensive comparator benchmark data and the development of financial forecasting models.
Prior to joining i2a Charlotte was a consultant with Quintige Consulting Group, specialising in HR change and performance projects.
Charlotte holds a BSc in Psychology and diplomas in Strategic Planning and Professional Business Economics.
