Biography: Caroline Bland

Caroline has more than 6 years' experience in management consultancy, working predominantly in the retail, pharmaceutical and leisure industries. Her project work has focused on systems implementations and people and process change across a variety of business functions, including trading, supply chain, HR, finance and information systems. She is a strong communicator and is skilled at complex stakeholder management.

Caroline's recent project management work has included a strategic customer order management change programme for a major retailer, implementation of tactical changes to a core retail system, and management of the people and process change associated with the implementation of a critical financial system change. She is also experienced in process analysis and reengineering, workshop management and systems test management and implementation. She is a practical project manager, and is skilled at working collaboratively with client teams.

Before joining i2a, Caroline was a Senior Consultant with a boutique consultancy specialising in retail; her background also includes journalism and a role as Senior Parliamentary Advisor at the RICS. She read Classics at Oxford University.
