We believe that doing business responsibly is in the best interests of all our stakeholders - clients, employees, associates, business partners and owners. Our Operating Principles summarise the explicit choices we have made about how we work together as a team. In addition, to this we:

  • Ensure we are open, honest and respectful in our dealings with our clients and each other

  • Perform our work safely, complying with our clients safety processes and procedures

  • Create project teams with the appropriate number of consultants who have the skills and competencies required to meet, or exceed, our clients expectations

  • Ensure we are transparent about our charges for our time and associated business expenses

  • Immediately raise and discuss any ethical issues or concerns we have while working on client Projects
