Our Associates : Pam Evans
Pam Evans is a people and organisational development consultant who was previously held positions at HR Board Director level in a number of major global organisations. She has significant experience in leading and managing the human and organisational aspects of businesses that have been undergoing high levels of change and has a demonstrable track record in creating and implementing strategies to deliver success. She also has deep experience of working with groups and individuals to grow their potential and their capability to operate effectively in changing environments. Pam believes that leadership and personal commitment from people across a business are key elements in corporate success, and her career has focussed on encouraging these aspects of organisational development. Some other key achievements include: the design and implementation of a Performance and Career Management System to enhance retention and motivation; the creation and delivery of a programme for high flyers in a Financial Services organisation; and the design of simulations to assist managers to prepare for a new future environment.
