Alan Holroyd is a founding partner of i2a who specialises in people and change management. For the last twenty years, he has worked with international client organisations across varied industry sectors in the UK, Europe, Russia and the Middle East. Alan works at senior management levels to structure and deliver complex programmes; he is also highly experienced working in and successfully managing client and consulting delivery teams.
Recently, Alan has been working on the off-shoring of Finance and Customer service teams for a major client with a strong brand identity. He successfully managed all the aspects of the people transition to set-up the off-shore service centre on time, ensure smooth transition and deliver against the cost saving targets.
Alan currently is focusing on the people aspects of Good Business: specifically around 'Employee Engagement' and 'People in the Age of Responsibility'.
Prior to i2a, Alan was an Account Director within the Energy, Utilities and Chemicals practice of Cap Gemini Ernst & Young (CGE&Y) where he led a range of business transformation projects for several major energy clients. Prior to joining CGE&Y Alan worked for six years at Hay Management Consultants.
