We always add more value through our engagements than the investment clients make in our fees.
However, if you don't know us well, we understand this is an easy thing to say, but much harder to prove. We recognise that it takes time to develop our reputation for delivery excellence. So, we make the following proposition:
Once we have agreed the scope of a project, we will provide you with an estimate of our fees. At the start of the engagement, we ask you to pay one third of the first month's estimated fees in advance. At the end of the first month, we will sit down with you to review the work. We will invite you to pay us the balance of our fees, but if you don't think we're worth it, you can pay us whatever you think is fair value. We can then decide together whether to proceed with further work and at what rate.
